Police say they've received complaints of cars parked on double yellow lines in Onchan.
Officers say the reports concern Elm Tree Road at its junction with Elm Drive.
The constabulary is urging vehicles not to park there, as it causes obstruction for other goods vehicles - in particular Co-op HGV's.
In a post on social media, they say if cars are spotted on double yellows, fines will be given out.
