Man Needed Hospitalisation for Days After Incident
Police have re-launched an appeal to a fight that left a man with serious injuries, earlier this month.
It happened at the ‘Whispers Bar’ within the Hilton Hotel at 1.30am on 19th September, there was a subsequent more serious altercation that happened in the area of Moby Dicks shortly after at 1.45am.
Police particularly want to hear from the female who originally alerted the security staff to the fight.
They’re also keen to speak to a group in fancy dress who were around the Moby Dick takeaway at the time and also a taxi driver who slowed down at the scene and used his headlights to alert attention.
One of the men involved spent a number of days in hospital and sustained a broken neck, although he is expected to make a full recovery.
