Authorities are investigating following a fail-to-stop collision in Douglas.
The constabulary says it happened on Peel Road at the Brown Bobby Service Station junction.
The incident occured Saturday, March 30 at around 2.45pm.
Anyone who has information which could help officers are being asked to get in touch with Police Headquarters.
