Police are seeking permission to accommodate TT and Manx Grand Prix medical staff at one of its centres.
Proposals have been put forward for the staff development centre on Station Road, in Port Erin, to house them during each motorbike festival.
The building would be used for a maximum of 10-14 days for TT personnel and 8-10 for the MGP.
The application is now subject to approval.
