Police name 17-year old killed in car incident

A 17-year old male killed in a car incident on the Foxdale Road has been named.

Brad Campbell was a passenger in a white Renault Clio three-door hatchback with three other people in the early hours of yesterday morning when it crashed near to the junction with Archallagan Plantation.
 
He was killed instantly, whilst the driver and two other passengers were taken to Nobles Hospital for treatment; one is currently still in the Intensive Treatment Unit.
 
The driver was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving - and is now on police bail. 
 
Senior investigating officer, Derek Flint, tells us they're looking for witnesses to help establish exactly what happened: 
 
 
As part of their investigations, they would like to speak to anyone who was driving on that road and witnessed what happened, or stopped to help.
