Police are asking if anyone saw any suspicious activity on a street in Douglas yesterday.
The constabulary wants to know if anyone saw anything suspicious in the Demesne Road area at around 3.45pm on Tuesday.
Officers added they would like to speak to a male wearing dark hooded clothing who was in the area at the time.
Those with information which could assist authorities are being asked to contact Police Headquarters.
