Police are cracking down vandalism across Douglas
Last weekend 9 cases of cars being vandalised were recorded in the area. Officers understand that 7 of them are linked.
Inspector Richard Power say it's a mindless act and shouldn't be happening on such a regular basis.
Police say this weekend they will be focusing their operation in hot spot areas near licensed premises and routes leading towards residential areas.
Inspector Power says he is disgusted in peoples behaviour and it will not be tolerated.
