Work is still ongoing to establish the cause of a fatal vehicle fire at the Point of Ayre in Bride earlier this week.
Emergency services were called to reports of a car on fire at the shore's car park on Tuesday evening.
After extinguishing the flames it was discovered that a man had been inside the car.
Due to the nature of the incident a formal identification is yet to take place, however it is thought the family have been found.
Inspector Juan Kinley says at this time there is nothing to indicate that this is a suspicious incident:

Any one who witnessed anything suspicious in that area between 5pm and 8pm are asked to come forward.
