Police are becoming concerned after a rise in heroin being mixed with sometimes fatal substances.
In the UK users have become unconscious or extremely ill after taking it mixed with other drugs as one of the most severe droughts of heroin for five years has been reported.
Police on the Isle of Man say this year, aside from one large seizure of the class A drug, they have only seized less than £200 of it away from drug users, compare to £30,000 last year.
Police say it's clear it is being bulked up with powerful sedatives and talcum powder.
The drugs and alcohol unit are concerned that fatal overdoses are becoming inevitable.
