Police are appealing for help following an incident which happened back in July.
They want to trace a man and a woman who were witnesses to an arrest which took place in Peel on Saturday the 14th – the night of the Peelstock event.
The couple were in the Town Pizza Shop on the promenade between 10pm and 11pm and would have seen two police officers arrest a young man.
