Police are investigating after a Dog killed a Sheep last week.
Officers say they're looking into reports of a sandy coloured Staffordshire Dog having killed the animal near the Tholt-y-Will glen and Sulby Reservoir.
It happened last Friday (September 23) at around 1pm.
Authorities add the owner of the animal didn't stay in the area or report the incident and left the scene driving a silver Ford Transit van.
If you passed the area and witnessed anything, you're asked to contact Ramsey Police Station and leave details, quoting investigation reference 97/39741/22.
As a result, police have issued a reminder to dog owners to keep their pets on a lead if you can’t control them, and to always keep them contained when walking in areas near livestock.
