Police investigate serious assault

Police are looking for witnesses to a serious assault which occurred last Thursday evening in the Glen Falcon Gardens in Douglas.

It has resulted in a man needing emergency re-constructive surgery to his face.

Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 11.00pm to reports of a disturbance.

So far 4 arrests have been made in connection with this incident, however it’s believed a number of people where in the area at the time, and may have seen what happened.
