Two people sustained facial injuries after an altercation at a football match in Laxey on Saturday afternoon.
Police are investigating allegations of assault both during and after the game between Laxey and St Johns United.
Police say although the injuries were serious they were not life threatening.
Anyone who was at the match and who witnessed what happened has been asked to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234.
