Police are investigating after an alleged incident involving two dogs in the Island's capital.
In a post on social media officers officers say at around 12.30pm yesterday in Summer Hill Glen in Douglas it's alleged a dog bit another, causing serious injury.
The constabulary want to trace the female owner of a large white dog.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact Police Headquarters.
