Police are appealing for witnesses after a driver ran over a child - but didn't stop afterwards.
The incident happened at around 6.55pm yesterday at the junction of Allan Street and Westmoreland Road in Douglas.
Officers say the young girl was hit by a white Honda 4x4 which then drove off.
