Police were called out to a number of people struggling with their mental health over the weekend.
Officers say on Saturday they spent a large amount of time dealing with people in a crisis, or at risk, with nobody else to turn to.
Although the constabulary says it'll always assist people, it wants to look to help in other ways.
They say the Island's Samaritans service can offer help and advice to those who want to talk about their problems.
