The Police Federation of the Isle of Man 'would welcome' a conversation with government about pay and conditions.
It comes following a survey of 144 police officers, where 89% said they didn't feel the Constabulary offer good pay and conditions.
The Federation says these results come as 'little surprise,' as officers have been raising concerns regularly for a 'significant period of time.'
Further, 84% of respondents said they worry about their financial future.
The organisation says policing will 'soon reach crisis point without immediate intervention and action.'
