Police say they'll take no further action over an incident that shut the main shopping street in Douglas earlier this month.
Strand Street was closed on Friday, April 1 by armed officers after threats against the public were made to through a local business.
Officers say they traced the threat to an off-Island man suffering mental health issues.
In a statement, the constabulary says based on all the circumstances they'll be taking no further action in the case.
