The police says it’s dealt with a number of motorist have jumped red lights near roadworks.
The Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team says cars have been speeding through traffic lights at the A5 Santon roadworks.
Officers warn that they will not hesitate to prosecute in these circumstances.
They say that you are required to stop the temporary red lights as much as you are at any other red lights, and the 30mph speed limit is fully enforceable.
