More motorists were stopped by Police this week during continued efforts to crack down on speeding.
Officers carried out speed checks in St Marks on Wednesday after concerns were raised by members of the public.
One individual was handed a £120 fine and had penalty points put on their licence whilst several motorists were stopped and spoken to by authorities.
As a result, the constabulary is reiterating the message for drivers to slow down, and this week also stated they welcome suggestions from residents of where to carry out checks if you feel there's a speeding problem in your area.
