Police were called to a number of noisy parties last night following government’s advice for everyone to stay at home.
In a post on social media officers said:
“The advice following the Chief Minister's Covid briefing today was only 'advice', but it was good / sound advice meant to help us all keep safe from any possible further risks of Covid at this time. Stay at home where possible, stay safe, do not visit a Health & Care setting, and avoid mixing households.”
It's after two cases of Covid-19 appear to be unexplained indicating some level of community spread.
