Police say it's "completely unacceptable" for bikers to be caught doing more than double the speed limit.
Yesterday they stopped a motorcyclist who was travelling at 76 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone.
On Saturday they caught a local rider doing 135 miles per hour in a 60 zone.
There are three unmarked police bikes in operation over the TT fortnight to stop riders flouting the rules - officers say speeding in restricted areas will "not be tolerated".
