A police cell had to be deep cleaned after a man threw wet tissue covered in faeces at CCTV cameras.
Michael Keane, of y Vaarney Yiarg in Castletown, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 38-year-old admitted stealing a phone charger from Dealz in Douglas and criminal damage on May 3.
At police headquarters he threw tissue and faeces around the cell before flooding the toilet in a second cell.
Keane was fined a total of £700 to be paid forthwith or face 80 days in jail, and was ordered to pay £125 costs.
