Police have confirmed they were called out to Douglas following reports of an unresponsive male.
Officers say at around 7pm this evening Police were called to assist paramedics in the area of Church Road Marina.
The constabulary has confirmed inquiries are underway to find out how the male sustained injuries.
A number of roads have been closed in the area - and the public are being thanked for their co-operation.
