Police say they are no longer searching for a potentially missing person.
Officers were searching the area around Ramsey Road in Laxey this morning after reports of someone shouting for help.
They've now been stood down.
However they've asked anyone who is concerned about a family member, neighbour or friend who hasn't returned home to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
