The Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team says it's aware of inconsiderate drivers causing anti-social behaviour.
It's been reported in the area of Battery Pier and the nearby carparks.
Officers say this type of behaviour will not be tolerated, with both plain clothes and uniform patrols taking place.
This aims to deter, disrupt, educate and 'bring those responsible to justice.'
