Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on a highway in Port Erin this week.
The constabulary says the fail-to-stop crash happened on Ballafesson Road at around 3.15pm on Monday (January 18).
Officers are keen to speak to a possible witness to what happened, who's described as a man in his fifties who was walking a small dog.
