Police are appealing for witnesses after a male stole a phone out of a babies
pram as the mother and baby were right alongside it.
The
aggrieved was putting her baby into the car when it happened outside the
Welbeck Hotel at around 3.30pm yesterday.
The
male then took off down a rear lane toward the promenade.
