Douglas Police are investigating an incident which occurred in the Duke Street Co-Op store at about 2.30pm on Thursday of last week.
The incident relates to an abusive customer.
He's described as being 6ft tall, medium build, wearing blue denim jeans, a blue zip up jacket and a black woollen beanie, he was also described as being unshaven.
There were a number of other customers in the store at the time and Police would ask that if anyone has any information in respect of the matter or the identity of the male that they contact Police Headquarters or any Police Officer.
They come into effect on Thursday.
