Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted burglary.
Between 4.30pm on May 25th and 9am the following morning a person attempted to enter the property at 4 Woodbourne Square in Douglas.
It's believed the person used a tool in an attempt to unlock the front door and has caused damage.
Officers are asking anyone who has information about the incident to contact Police Headquarters.
