Police are asking witnesses to come forward after a car was damaged in a busy car park in Douglas.
The incident happened between 12.45pm and 2.35pm on Monday.
A black Kia Sportage parked on the top floor of the Marks and Spencer Car park had its front bumper and paintwork damaged.
