Mini Crash Forces 2 and a Half Hour Road Closure
An appeal has gone out for information following a one-vehicle road traffic accident yesterday afternoon on the Peel Road Crosby in the area of Woodlea Villas.
A black Mini overturned after colliding with a telegraph poll.
Luckily the driver escaped unharmed after being treated by paramedics at the scene.
All of the emergency services were in attendance, as was a team from Manx Telecom to deal with the telegraph poll.
The road was closed for 2 and a half hours whilst investigations were carried out.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or saw the Mini prior to it are urged to contact the police.
