Police investigating a complaint of dangerous driving are appealing for witnesses.
It happened at around 6.35pm on Friday near to the Mercedes garage on Douglas Road in Ballasalla.
Two vehicles – one travelling towards Douglas, and the other travelling into Ballasalla – had to take action to avoid a collision with a third vehicle.
Anyone who saw what happened has been asked to contact Castletown Police Station.
