The police are appealing for witnesses after a fight which happened in a Douglas bar last weekend.
They say a man was assaulted in the men's toilets of Oscar's on Victoria Street in the early hours of Sunday, February 8.
Officers add he suffered a serious injury, with the confrontation continuing outside where a second person was badly hurt.
