Police appeal after Ballasalla car chase

Police are appealing for witnesses after a car chase in Ballasalla last night.

It happened at around 7pm when a white Seat Ibiza made off from officers.

The vehicle was located and police say the driver is being 'dealt with' - a male passenger in the car fled from the scene.

However they now want to speak to anyone who saw the car driving through Ballasalla - in particular two cyclists who stopped and spoke to an officer about the standard of driving.

Anyone who can help is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
