Does the Isle of Man need a levy to discourage people from using plastic bags?
That's the question on the mind of Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper - he'll ask the Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister about the issue in Tynwald next week.
Mr Hooper wants to know if the department has any plans to introduce a similar charge to the one in the UK, where shoppers pay a minimum of 5p per bag.
He says he's not sure if it's something he'd support and depends on how the money raised would be spent:
