There are plans to convert a commercial property in Ramsey into residential apartments.
Riverlodge on Lezayre Road is currently occupied by Banana Computers Limited.
If approved, the building opposite Milntown would be turned into five apartments, in addition to the company's office.
The planning application comes after the tenant renting the other commercial space moved out.
