A planning application's been submitted to convert a former fisherman's hut into a therapy facility.
Victory Occupational Therapy is applying for planning permission to use the building in a field in St John's.
Up to eight to ten people could attend the outdoor and indoor sessions at the former fish farm on Patrick Road.
In its application, the business says it would include activities to prepare children for starting school.
