Castletown commissioners want to knock down a block of garages they say are beyond repair.
The local authority has applied for planning permission to demolish the five units on Shore Road.
In its application, it says the structures are starting to fail and are now beyond economical repair.
The proposals would see the garages completely removed, and wooden fencing installed.
