A former pub in Glen Maye could be demolished under new plans from its owners.
Douglas-based Jim Ltd has applied for permission to pull down the former Waterfall Hotel and build terraced houses on the site.
The firm says it would build four homes, each with four bedrooms.
But it says the public would still be able to visit the nearby glen if the plans are approved.
