Manx National Heritage has applied for registered building consent as it proposes a new entrance building at an Island landmark.
The organisation wants to build a new visitor centre and entrance to the Laxey Wheel on Mines Road.
It's already applied for planning permission for the new visitor centre.
However, it also needs registered building consent for some of the planned demolition work.
