An Island developer has revealed plans to build more than 180 new homes in Lezayre.
Dandara Homes says the estate would be built on land at Milntown, off Lezayre Road and include highway and drainage works.
In its application, the company says the land is earmarked for residential use under a 1982 development plan.
Dandara also says 45 of the units being built would be affordable homes, and the scheme includes recreation areas.
