There are plans for a new glamping and motorhome site in Douglas.
An application has been submitted to build six glamping pods and create a permanent area for 24 motorhomes at Rose Hill Farm on Richmond Hill.
There would also be space for 28 tents.
Whilst these would only be for the TT and Manx Grand Prix periods, the pods and permanent motorhome space would be all year-round.
