A planning application has been submitted for a housing estate behind The Ginger Hall Hotel in Sulby.
Under the plans the currently empty field would have seven bungalows, five of which would have garages, and vehicular access installed.
The homes would have two large en-suite bedrooms,
The existing bus stop would need to be moved slightly to accommodate the estates entrance.
