The George Hotel on The Parade was damaged during recent storms.
Now, brewery Heron and Brearley has applied for planning permission to replace guttering, a parapet and cornice after they were removed.
The company, based in Kewaigue, says it wants to replace the features after they were removed on safety grounds.
