Government says it's pressing ahead with plans to put the Island's land registry online.
The Economic Development Minister told Tynwald this week a project to digitise the register is currently underway.
A number of companies are bidding for the contract.
Laurence Skelly said the idea is to allow people to do property searches and conduct business over the internet - but the project is still at an early stage:
