Plans for a new school which is due to be built on the site of the old hospital will go on display next week.
Noble’s Primary School on Westmoreland Road in Douglas will replace Ballacloan Infant’s School and Fairfield Junior School when it opens in 2016.
The Department of Education and Children wants to get the public’s feedback on the plans and will display them in Fairfield school next Wednesday between 3.30pm and 7pm.
Estates director Richard Collister says the plans consider a number of factors:
