There are plans to turn an old restaurant in the North into a gym.
A planning application's been submitted for the former Harbour View Bistro in Shipdesine House on East Quay in Ramsey.
Its owners have applied for a change of use so it can be turned into a fitness centre.
The business would offer one to one personal training, group classes and memberships.
