Plans have been put forward to create ten new apartments in Douglas.
An application has been lodged to change the use of 1-2 Church Road Marina near to the junction with Loch Promenade to create them.
The building has been unoccupied for some time and is in a poor state of decay but remedial work has already been undertaken there to make it safe inside.
