An application has been lodged to create a place to store and sell Manx Loaghtan wool.
The proposal is to build a wooden building at Ballacosnahan Farm in Patrick.
In the plans, the applicant says there's increasing demand from locals and visitors to see their stock, and that they're committed to promoting the value and quality of the products.
They added the new facility, if approved, would also become its packaging centre, and will be able to showcase the products all at one location.
